As part of a small team at POSSIBLE London, I designed the full flow for this users area of the Canon website. Allowing the registration, management and allocation of Canon products.
Pro users could earn membership points based on the equipment they registered, which would give them benefits such as expedited servicing. Allocate their products to affiliates and manage a vast kit bag. While Consumer users could use the site as a single place to store and access warranty information, find out about upcoming Canon events. The two arms of the portal had quite different users, so a different look and feel was employed for each.
