Working at Possible London, I redesigned the contact lens purchase flow, to simplify the journey and reduce user drop off. Starting with high level wireframes before moving into full visual designs.
Separating the key steps of pricing and prescription input allowed the user to make a the purchase decision up front, before starting to enter their prescription and further details. A departure from the previous version in which all this information was confined to a single screen. A pain point for many users.
The whole journey was updated to use the latest Specsavers DDS (digital design system), including the checkout process. Working closely with the internal client, and external dev agency the journey was initially launched on mobile, in the Swedish market. However we also designed and localised for an Australia roll-out. Across mobile tablet and desktop.
